The SPECTRES: The Council's Hidden Hand

The Spectres are the elite of the elite. Drawn from the various protectors of the Mass Effect galaxy, they are deployed to resolve situations and prevent threats to galactic stability and Citadel space. Answering directly (and only) to the Citadel Council, they are often seen as action heroes, spies, assassins as well as diplomats.

Sometimes their presence alone is enough to dissuade danger and sometimes, you won't even know they're there.
So.
Paragon or Renegade?
