About this clip:
Two tracks recorded in a special session for #eastgateathome by American singer-songwriter Kathy Stewart Kennedy, Alister Rae (on lead guitar) and Ken Kennedy (double base and harmonica) – three members of Peebles-based band The Frequent Flyers. All three have appeared regularly at the Eastgate, taking part in the Downright Homespun Radio Company’s sell-out shows year after year. Track one, called ZuZu’s Petals and written by Kathy Stewart Kennedy, is a song based on the film A Wonderful Life and is taken from Kathy’s most recent release, Almost Home. The second track, Newborn Man, again written by Kathy, is all about the healing power of forgiveness.
