After a long day of working outside we decided to cook a nice and simple apple butter pork chop recipe. This pork chop recipe is full of flavor and super simple to make. Give this recipe a try.

In Skillet place 2 tbsp of olive oil, heat.
Salt and pepper 2-4 thick cut pork chops and cook 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165

In bowl combine
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup apple butter
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
pinch of salt

Once the pork chops are finished cooking, take out of pan and place on a plate.

In the sauté pan place
1 sprig of rosemary
3 sage leaves
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 small apple thinly sliced
pinch of salt.

cook 30 seconds, then add the pork back into the pan. Top with the prepared apple butter sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce is hot. Enjoy.
