We are a privately owned and the leading Dental Implant Center in Essex County, NJ.

Dr. Chang personally had to replace a missing front tooth with a dental implant, and knows the effect missing teeth can have on confidence, and what Dental Implants can do to change your life.

When you come for your consultation, we will take pictures and 3D Xrays to assess your jawbone, bite, your gums, and your smile. We also use an AI software to let you know what your smile could look like, and what is possible and what is not possible with Dental Implants.

To save time, please fill out all the new patient paperwork that will be sent to you by email. Please provide all dental insurance information on the forms.

Please bring anyone who's important in making the decision for dental implants or anyone who may help you cosign for financing as well.

We reserve the consultation spot just for you. If you can't make it for any reason please let us know 48 hours in advance so we can release the spot another patient who needs help.
