Archer Avenue, February 9th; I had gone to archer avenue over winter break and realized that it was perfect for a story so I emailed Kenny and he said that we could shoot a story there. One day after school me and Kiley drove up there and shot the whole thing. Using 2 cameras I set up a basic interview shot, zoomed in and then one zoomed out where you could see me conducting the interview. We had Kenny show us around and used that for b roll. He also sent me a song which I used in the story. I am proud of this story because it’s not only the best one that I have made, in my opinion, but it also made creative use of the materials we had. There was plenty of room for boring interview and boring b roll, but we utilized our resources and made it interesting. I also spent a really long time during the school day writing questions, and I feel the interview I conducted was the best interview I’ve ever conducted.
