There's a lot to like about this game, and despite a number of flaws, it can still be fun. Uncle Matin has a very cool moveset that allows you to obliterate groups of enemies. Marian is quite OP and is really strong vs bosses where she can play safe.

Pros:
The music is top notch, absolutely fantastic.
Cool Chibi graphics, though perhaps not to everyone's taste.
Plenty of characters to play as, and many with different playstyles.
Lots of grapplers!
Special KO is a lot of fun and rewards good play.

Cons:
The pace of the game is too slow.
Would prefer to have set mid-bosses, rather than randomised.
Big difficulty spike for the end boss.
Too long imo.

I would love to do another playthrough with Abobo and Burnov, but there is no way to practice the final boss - by far the hardest part of the game - without playing all the way through

It's not SOR4 or Fight'N Rage or Ninja Warriors, but it's still pretty good beat em up, and worth playing.
