In today's video (not conclusive yet), I had pulled 4 shots of espresso with different ways of puck preparation.

1) Direct dose from grinder
2) 3d printed WDT tools
3) Spinning WDT tools
4) Blind shaker

The taste of espresso did become marginally better in terms of sweetness.

Despite the channeling in the 1st shot, the espresso doesn't taste bad and still has a relatively good body and texture. Just that the sweetness level is low.
