For PANCAKE DAY Franco & I headed to the fantastic South Street Pantry in Bishop's Stortford for a NEW and UNDEFEATED pancake challenge...

We went for two different stacks...

🥞Max's Biscoff Stack🥞
- 12 deliciously thick and fluffy pancakes
- Biscoff biscuits
- Bananas (for health!)
- Biscoff crumb
- Biscoff sauce
- Vanilla ice-cream

🥞Franco's Chocolate Stack🥞
- 12 deliciously thick and fluffy pancakes
- Homemade shortbread biscuits
- Homemade chocolate ganache
- Chocolate pieces
- Whipped cream

these were a LOT bigger than I saw in the photos...

And with only 15 short minutes, we were going to be put to the test!
