Bringing to you my most favourite Nutella stuffed Cookie recipe that will get you smitten at the very first bite 🥰💁🏻‍♂️ This eggless chocolatey cookie recipe is super quick to make and the perfect way to walk into an indulgent weekend ✨❤️

Ingredients
🍪5-6 tbsp nutella
🍪½ cup softened butter
🍪½ cup caster sugar
🍪¼th cup light brown sugar
🍪1 tsp vanilla
🍪1 cup all purpose flour
🍪1/4 cup cocoa powder
🍪1 tsp cornflour
🍪½ tsp baking soda
🍪3 tablespoons milk

Method
1. Take a parchment paper and spoon 1 tbsp nutella blobs on it. Make 5-6 nutella balls from it. Freeze these for 1 hr.
2. For the cookie dough, beat butter and the sugars along with vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy
3. Add the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa powder, cornflour and baking soda to the mixture.
4. Add in the milk and bring everything together into a non sticky dough. You can use a wooden spoon or your hands to do so.
5. Divide the dough into 5-6 equal portions depending on the number of nutella balls.
6. Take one portion and make it into a ball using your palms. Press it down a little from the centre and make a little cavity. Place the frozen nutella in the centre and close the cookie dough.
7. Place the stuffed cookie dough on a silicon mat or parchment sheet lined on a baking tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
8. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
9. Once baked let them cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes.
