EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) -- The Arc, Self-Advocates of Indiana and Connections Case Management are working together to offer resources to people with disabilities at Ivy Tech Community College.

As Eyewitness News saw first-hand, among the take-home messages are "don't let people tell you you can't do something."

At the fair, you will find Nate Breeden doing what he enjoys, and he hopes a day like today is one where people can try to find something of which they are passionate.

"There's a lot of people with disabilities that don't have a voice, and I feel like they need to be heard," Breeden says.

Breeden is one of the Indiana state advocates who are working to mentor people with disabilities and connect them with the resources they need.

Some of those resources at Ivy Tech with with waiver, therapy and equipment services.
