There's a new option for active make up air coming soon- Fantech's unitary MUAS 8 or 10 (that refers to the duct size- they're likely 750 cfm or 1200 cfm, respectively). It's missing the silencer and the optional pre-heater, which can be critical not just for comfort but also materials that might shrink so fast they crack audibly (drywall, wood flooring, etc).
