水の時計　Water Clock monument

「水の時計」は、無数に並ぶ水の糸の長さを一本一本コンピューターで個別に制御し、空間に文字や絵柄をかたちづくるスペースプリンターという技術で時刻を表示する時計です。
時刻に加え、季節ごとに変化する花々や風物詩の絵柄、また世界の言語で「ようこそ」の文字などを描き、世界中から訪れるお客様を歓迎いたします。
2014年には、米国の大手ニュース専門チャンネルＣＮＮのウェブサイト『ＣＮＮ．com』で『世界でもっとも美しい時計 １２』の１つに選ばれました。

The Water Clock displays the time using "Space Printer" technology that can individually control the lengths of each countless strings of water to create letters, numbers, and designs.
Also the Water Clock shows pictures of flowers and other seasonal scenes, and displays "Welcome" in different languages to greet visitors from all over the world who come to Osaka Station City.
In 2014, it was featured by the major U.S. news CNN.com in its "12 of the world's most beautiful clocks" list.
