is it ok to live a simple life?

today I attempt to answer the question: is it ok to live a simply life? I feel like I have been moving more towards this lifestyle after trying to live a zero waste, minimalist and somewhat sustainable life already. However, over the past year i've tried to slow down and live a simple life full of joy.
