If you have used to running energy from old habits like getting up and checking your emails straight away or fb with your coffee and for a few days you managed to break the habit and then slipped back it is because you are not completely anchored in the now. its not your fault its the old programming of goal setting where you are told to focus on your end goal of 1,5,10 years and first you get excited but then you lose sight of meeting where you are now to actually create those long term goals.

Dont give up 5 minutes before the miracle occurs.
It is time to honour the stay, ground into your physical body and hone your personal responsibility to explore your Soul's urge through self discipline and personal resolve.

To learn patience, be persistent and align to your authentic truth to celebrate a slow and steady one degree shift at a time.
