Please note: Every method posted must be attempted AFTER the clock strikes midnight. It is impossible to get any baby laughs prior to midnight, so just wait until midnight before beginning.
UPDATE: One method I've been testing which works very well for the first laugh. Stand still until the clock strikes midnight, as soon as the bells start to chime, take exactly ten (10) steps forward and stop, it almost always invokes the first baby laugh.
Other reported successful methods (which I haven't tested yet) include:
*Make sure you have a microphone/headset connected to your Dualshock 4 controller or use the PS4 camera microphone.
Reported (untested) method #1:
1) Walk 10 (ten) steps in any direction after the clock strikes midnight
2) Inspect one of the three items Lisa's ghost interacts with (the phone, radio, or bathroom mirror) by holding R3 on the item until the creepy music ends - you can detect which item she's interacting with by listening to Lisa when she begins to haunt.
Phone: Static sound then heavy breathing
Radio: Static with a light sounding "ha, ha, ha"
Mirror: Lisa crying
3) After doing step 2 a few times eventually (hopefully) you'll hear the second baby laugh - once you hear the second laugh stop moving while the controller vibrates until a third laugh is heard, then the phone rings.
Reported (untested) method #2:
1) Once the clock strikes midnight walk over to the radio and inspect with R3 then walk to the phone and inspect it with R3 for the first laugh.
2) Begin making noise into your microphone (headset/mic in controller or PS4 camera mic) to invoke the second laugh
Reported (untested) method #3:
1) Once the clock strikes midnight and the haunting begins attempt to communicate with Lisa via the microphone. Say words such as, "Hello Lisa", "Hello?", "Help me", and other random words/screams, just make noise. Some people may shout out, "The power of Christ compels you!"
2) Continue doing this each time she spawns/haunts until you get the first two laughs.
Reported (untested) method #4:
1) After the clock strikes midnight head to the phone and stare at it, you can hold R3 to inspect.
2) Keep holding R3 to inspect the phone and spend the next several minutes yelling/screaming into your mic until you hear the required two baby laughs. Don't stop yelling or inspecting the phone, keep holding R3.
*This is more than likely the most time consuming and unlikely method, so I wouldn't recommend it.
My Method:
Failure of any of the steps shown in the annotations requires a reset by walking through the exit (loop) door. You must start the method all over again until you're lucky enough to get both constraints in one game. Waiting and/or walking around may get you the next required laugh, but I found it far faster to just reset and try again. The laughs are random, the only things which usually invoke laughs are standing still for an extended amount of time, walking past the bathroom, and inspecting the HELL writing with R3 and walking to the phone. The baby only laughs after midnight and after the ghost has appeared at least once. I've tried virtually every other combination of things, nothing else gives you the results like the two methods I demonstrated in the video. It only took me about 4 tries to get. The digital clock on/off and flashlight/torch color don't matter, so just ignore those "variables".
There are many other methods, they all require the same amount of luck. I believe this game has many laugh constraints, and each time you play it randomly selects two of these constraints. So you have to get lucky and hope it selects the two constraints shown in this video. If not, retry. You could attempt other method constraints, but I found they rarely work (if ever).
I'm going to be testing the methods I posted above and confirm whether or not they work, and which ones are more successful. If my method isn't working for you, perhaps you could try your luck with one of the other methods I posted above. Feel free to post your results as well.
