You can reset your iPhone keyboard with the following steps:

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose General.
3. Scroll down and choose Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4. Tap Reset.
5. Choose Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
6. Enter your passcode.
7. Tap Reset Dictionary again to confirm.
