I Totally Didn't Expect This At The Animal Market

Second time at the Animal Market in Buyende District & this was totally unexpected. A disease outbreak in the region caused gov't to impose a quarantine on all animals. Therefore, this means all animal markets in the area are closed & I cannot buy any goats time.
