Dexa Fit Gainesville Review | Using Data for Sports Performance

Technology sure has changed things a lot since I won my last Olympic Medal in 2016, I sure wish I had access to data like this when I was training! I share with you my review of the Dexa Fit scan that I had done here in Gainesville, Florida and the DexaFit ai app. Having access to detailed Body Composition results, VO2 Max and Resting Metabolic Rate would have been great to utilize when training full time.
