Ingredients:
1 cup poha (flattened rice) [00:41]
1 cup sooji (semolina/rava) [01:21]
½ cup curd (dahi) [01:32]
1 cup water [01:38]
1 chopped capsicum [02:26]
1 chopped carrot [02:27]
1 chopped french beans [02:29]
1 chopped green chilli [02:31]
1 chopped ginger [02:32]
Salt to taste [03:10]
½ teaspoon sugar [03:13]
½ teaspoon baking soda [03:18]
Ghee/oil for frying [04:00]
Instructions
Prepare the Batter: Wash the poha and let it sit in a little water for 2-3 minutes. In a grinder, combine the softened poha, sooji, and curd. Add 1 cup of water and blend to a smooth, fine batter [01:41].
Add Vegetables and Seasoning: Add the chopped vegetables, salt, sugar, and baking soda to the batter and mix well [03:10].
Cook the Dosa: Heat a pan with ghee or oil. Pour a ladleful of batter, letting it spread on its own [04:09]. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes [04:22].
Finish Cooking: Flip the dosa and cook for about 2 minutes until it's golden brown on the other side [04:41].
