Tuesday's testimony regarding Chad Daybell's Google searches and text messages exchanged in the months prior to two suspicious deaths was presented to the jury in his murder trial. The emails, according to the prosecution, indicate that Tammy Daybell, the wife of Chad Daybell, and Charles Vallow, the former husband of Lori Vallow Daybell, would not be living for very long.

In connection with the murders of Tammy Daybell in late 2019 and Joshua "JJ" Vallow, age 16, and Tylee Ryan, age 7, Lori Daybell's children, Chad Daybell is accused with first-degree murder. Grand theft, two counts of insurance fraud, and conspiracy to conduct first-degree murder of each of the victims are also brought against him.

A month or so prior to Lori Daybell's children's deaths, the tactical specialist testified about searches being conducted on her account for children's life insurance policies; however, there is no proof that a policy was ever obtained. JJ had a service dog, which Lori Daybell looked into selling about two months before he passed away.


Days before to the alleged shooting of Lori Daybell's nephew-in-law Brandon Boudreaux, the same account had a search for removing the rear seat of Tylee's Jeep Wrangler, according to Heideman. Following the attempt, witnesses said Tylee's Jeep was used in the shooting, prompting Gilbert, Arizona, police to start searching for it.

The Rexburg Idaho trial against Chad Daybell is still happening in Boise Idaho. Chad is accused of conspiracy to murder his wife Tammy Daybell. Two weeks later he married Lori Vallow. Lori's children were already murdered and buried in shallow graves on Chad Daybell's property. The crimes occurred in 2019. Lori Vallow was convicted on all counts in Idaho and is currently awaiting trial in Arizona for the murder of her ex huband Charles Vallow and the attempted murder of her nieces husband Brandon.
