Today's recipe is about how to make savaiya with dry fruits and kesar baadam.

Sevai is a type of Kheer which is very popular in India and is an amazing sweet dish that works very well with flat breads or simply as a stand alone dessert.

Ingredients Required:
1) Milk
2) Desi Ghee (2 Table Spoon)
3) Sevai (Vermicelli) 1 Bowl
4) Tej Patta (Bay Leaves) 1 Piece
5) Cardamom Pods (ilaayachee) 2 Pods
6) Dry Fruits: Take a Handful of these -
Kaju (Kashew Nuts) Cut in Half
Kishmish (Raisins)
Kath Baadam (Almonds) - Sliced in thin pieces
7) Sugar (Half Bowl)
8) Saffron (Kesar)

Here's the Step by Step guide on how to make #Sevai ki #Kheer

Step 1. Boil the Milk.

1) Take a large container and boil the milk.

2) Once the Milk starts to boil, add one Tej Patta (Bay Leaves) in it.

3) Take a Grinding Tool (Mortar and pestle) and Grind two Cardamom Pods (ilaayachee) in it. Add it to the Boiling Milk.

Step 2. Fry the Sevai (Vermicelli)

1) Take a Frying Pan and Add 2 table spoons of Desi Ghee in it.

2) Once the Ghee is hot, add one bowl of Sevai (Vermicelli) in it.

3) Keep frying it and keep stirring it. Once it turns deep red, take it off the flame.

Step 3. Get the Dry Fruits Ready:

1) Take a Handful of Kaju (Cashew Nuts) and cut them in half.
2) Take a Handful of Kishmish (Raisins)
2) Take a Handful of Kath Baadam (Almonds) and Slice them in Thin Pieces.

Step 4. Finalize the #Kheer

1) In the same boiling milk, add the fried Sevai (Vermicelli) in it.

Keep boiling the Milk so that it Thickens

2) In the same boiling milk, add the Dry Fruits in it.
3) In the same boiling milk, add half bowl of sugar in it.

That is all and your Sevai ke Kheer is ready! Take it off the Flame.

4) Garnish it with Kesar (Saffron) and Dry Fruits.

Serve it Hot or Cold!
