I changed my Canyon Grizl Gravel Bike from a Drop Bar to Flat Bar Configuration.

I used the following components to make the change.
Aluminum Riser bar 25degree
Shimano Tiagra front and rear shifters
Shimano Deore Hydraulic front and rear brake levers.

Not all Shimano flat bar shifters are compatible with the Shimano GRX components. As the GRX is similar to road components not mountain bike components.

Also, double check that the hydraulic brake levers are compatible with the GRX Brake Calipers.
