In this video, I take you on a journey to understand why I spent $5500 to spend a day with YouTuber and real estate guru Max Maxwell. As someone who's skeptical about paying for direct access programs, I'm not sure if this investment will be worth it or if I'll end up regretting it.

I share my experience of how I discovered Max through Instagram and followed his directions to pay for direct access. However, the real challenge is figuring out how to extract maximum value from this experience and make it worth my while.

I've set myself two challenges: first, to derive $55k of value from one day with Max, and second, to take my wife on vacation with the added value I just created. I'm confident that with my problem-solving skills and expertise in real estate, I can achieve these challenges and generate added value, cash flow, and course sales.
