D, age 9, Shorewood WI, 4th Grade Atwater Elementary school

Found someones grocery card for a store we've only been to once and don't frequent, miles away

Has conned a driver, for his T19 Medicaid insurance- when he was coming how from day treatments at Aurora, which dismissed him early on being a star pupil... even though he was conning driver into taking him to park after instead of home, and had to call guys supervisor to get him to quit when he wouldn't just listen to me as the parent ???

Kid would rip up documents that were supposed to be given to parent as form of communication in the program, causing a rift as to "why aren't you participating, Mom? Your son needs you.." because he blocked communication efforts..

Anyway, he found this card outside, he needs for nothing pantry full, but I am aware he could con someone in taking him somewhere. Previous school year he got on the wrong bus and ended up going to city mall.

CARD is not credit card, card issue is he thought it would work like one if he could get to that grocery store.

PROBLEM is, he is 9 years old and already thinking and capable of scheming such a thing. This and the cellphone were both turned into Shorewood PD.
