Light codes are subtle, high-frequency energies, believed to carry spiritual information and healing vibrations.

Reiki can provide support on all levels (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually), whichever subject is addressed.
It can never harm, only help to reach a deeper state of relaxation, toward healing, alignment, balance, wholeness, harmony, and peace.
Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual releases may occur, which could bring dormant issues up to the surface and awaken them into our consciousness in order for them to be addressed, healed, and let go of.
If this happens to you, be compassionate toward yourself and listen to your inner guidance to know how to proceed in order to take care of yourself.

It is also possible to not sense anything in particular in the moment, and to then feel the effects unfold later on, progressively or suddenly.
This video will work every time it is played, always adapting to our state of mind as well as to our state of being and to our needs at the time it is played.
We do not have to know the root causes of our problems in order for the Reiki to work, as the energy is intelligent and therefore knows exactly what to do and where to direct itself, where it is most needed to go to in order to best help us.
You can turn the sound off if you prefer, you can keep your eyes open or closed, and you can stand, sit or lay down, whatever is most comfortable to you and ideal for your situation.
Do what feels best for you to assimilate the energetic transfer.
Intend, allow, receive, integrate, and repeat as much as you desire.
