Ingredients

• A bunch of spinach
• A bunch of basil
• A bunch of green onions
• About 6 taro leaves
• Two cans of coconut milk

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Wash a bunch of spinach and a bunch of basil. Remove stems.
3. Cut stems off taro leaves.
4. Empty two cans of coconut milk into a bowl.
5. Chop green onions. Add to coconut milk.
6. Add prepared spinach and basil to the coconut milk mixture.
7. Line a small piece of foil with taro leaves. If the leaves are too big, tear them into smaller pieces.
8. Add about 1/6th of the filling in the middle of the leaves.
9. Close foil around leaves and filling.
10. Repeat with remaining filling and taro leaves.
11. Bake 1 hour.
Enjoy! Palusami goes especially well with taro.
