mutton curry masala ingredients

mutton - 300gm
oil (i am using mustard oil)
red chilli powder (lal mirch) - 1 tbspoon
coriander powder (dhaniya)- 1 tbspoon
turmeric powder (haldi) 1 teaspoon
cumin and black paper powder (jira aur kali mirch) - 1 teaspoon
clove (laung) - 8-10
cardamom (ilaychi) - 4-5
onion - 4 medium size chopped
ginger - 5 Small Pieces of Ginger
salt - to taste
