How to Install IndyCar Racing 2 - DOSBox Windows 10/Wheel Setup - Tutorial

This is a tutorial on how I install 1995's IndyCar Racing 2 on a modern Windows 10 PC with a modern Fanatec Wheel. This is a fairly extensive tutorial but I have broken it down into parts which hopefully answer many questions. The idea was to make a video for someone who had never used things like Dosbox before. At the end there is also a section for how to install modded carsets and tracks.
