$GEO Is an undervalued, underappreciated business whose assets alone are worth ~2-3x the current stock price IMO.

GEO is the first private, fully integrated REIT which own and operate prison systems and the land they lease.

I estimate that the assets they own are worth ~$18 ( real estate + cash and equivalents exc intangibles / liabilities) discounting their asset replacement value to 30c on the dollar.
As such, Crassus bought GEO mainly as an asset play, however with the sector experiencing supply constraints due to barriers to enter etc, GEO may surprise on the upside in terms of their operating income over the next few years.
