Some traditions and cultures are followed today since olden days. Here we show a fest celebrated at Kanamatta near to Kumbla, Kasaragod. A special dish to be oblated here is a sweet, black sesame laddus. Not only the celebrations, but also the method of black sesame laddu preparation is presented here. Those are available at markets are made from brown sesame seeds. But this laddu is different from it. Ingredients used are only sesame seeds, jaggery and lemon juice

Sesame seeds- 1 cup, jaggery 2 cups. Lemon juice 1 tsp.
