How to make and freeze Beef Burgers Recipe

Cooking With The Kingfish Simple Burgers
3 lbs 85% lean ground beef
2 eggs beaten
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 heaping teaspoons onion flakes
Directions
Mix all the above ingredients just enough to be well incorporated. Divide into 10 equal portions. They should be almost 5 ounces each. Shape into hamburgers and either use right away or freeze. To freeze cut squares of parchment paper to put in between burgers (I stack 4-5 of them) and then cover with plastic wrap and then foil. Enjoy!!!!
