Amrutabhanda Santula Recipe ( Odia ) | Boiled raw papaya curry | Odia Santula by mrunalinee | quick and healthy recipes : Amrutabhanda santula is a very healthy , quick and tasty Odia dish. This Odia santula ( boiled curry ) is prepared with raw papaya which has numerous health benefits . Such as papaya is very good for diabetics, lowers cholesterol , controls skin ulcer, improves digestion etc. So must try this super easy and healthy amrutabhanda santula at home. Enjoy it with roti or with plain rice.

Ingredients :
1. Diced raw papaya - 1 , medium ( 600 gm )
2. Diced potato - 1 ( medium )
3. Diced brinjal - 1 ( medium )
4. Diced tomato - 1 ( medium ) , Optional
5. Crushed garlic and green chilli - 2 tbsp ( garlic 1 whole or 10-12 cloves + green chilli - 3 nos )
6. Panch phoron - 1 tbsp ( cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black cumin seeds, saunf & fenugreek seeds )
7. Dry red chilli - 2 nos
8. Chopped coriander leaves
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil ( Refined / mustard ) - 2 tbsp
11. Water - 1/2 glass
