Todd Tells Me About Yesterdays Bonding Time

Todd started off asking to be brushed. As soon as we were done he asked for it again. When I told him I just brushed him and he would have to wait he added in some belly rubs. I told him yes and then he added in some cuddles, too. We did it all and Glamour joined us. I gave her some pets and asked her how she was feeling and she went to the board and sat on the happy button. I am still at a loss as to whether she is doing this intentionally. She has not let me teach her where any of the buttons are but her “accidents” always seem to be in context.

The next morning Todd starts off the day by telling me Before Cuddles and Belly rubs. He must have been thinking about our long bonding time the day before. He amazes me.

Todd is a 7-year-old neutered male cat at the time of this video. Todd and his dad have been learning to communicate with each other since May of 2022 with the help of recordable buttons.
