Pizza is big business in Italy and despite high unemployment, top pizza chefs are at a premium. The Pizza New School provides those who want to make a living as pizza chefs with the skills "kneaded", so to speak, to make the perfect dough. In just three weeks and for the price of 800 dollars, Italians and foreigners can learn the art of producing Italy's most famous culinary creation. The New Pizza School was founded in Milan in 1990 and is now franchised all over Italy.
