The Great Kids Put On

A deck of five animal cards are shown; one is chosen by the performer and given to a volunteer. A second deck is shown to the audience (not the volunteer.) The audience is told that the animals match those in the other deck while, in truth, they are all the same animal. The volunteer is asked to choose one card from the second deck to see if they can match it to the first card. The volunteer is asked to show their card to be the elephant. The card is not the elephant but a toucan bird when shown. As if by magic the chosen card is made to match.
