New entrant Cathryn Baillie and her partner, a 4th generation crofter, have recently taken on the tenancy of a 1 ha in-bye and 1 ha apportionment in Skye. In this video Cathryn gives an insight into their croft including planting 1,500 trees and hedges through funding from The Woodland Trust for livestock shelter and foraging for their goat herd.
