[Intermediate] How to fold a dollar into a dolphin that flies like a ninja star when you flick it!

The dimensions of a U.S. Dollar are 156.1mm wide by 66.3mm in height or 2.61 inches wide and 6.14 in height. That is roughly 3 X 7.
