After the first half, as soon as the teams have swapped, you will have to enter "amx_matchstart" again in order to skip the warm up round.
In order to be ready, the players just have to type "ready" into the chat.
You can of course find and install more plugins onto your server. Do that at your own risk! Here's where you can find them: http://www.amxmodx.org/compiler.php
I did NOT change the dedicated server's mode to "LAN". You should to that, however, if you want to play on LAN.
