In this performance video, Salin impersonates Painted Lady to reflect her feeling of helplessness towards our destructive behaviors towards nature. The vibrant falling leaves symbolize the decaying of seasons and Salin's drumming reflects the chaos brought by human progress.

Inspired by Painted Lady from Avatar: The Last Air Bender, a Japanese animation series. "The Painted Lady is the benevolent spirit of the Jang Hui River, known for her protectiveness and healing abilities. She was once the guardian spirit of the fishing village of Jang Hui but was driven away due to the region's rising water contamination. However, she eventually returned after Team Avatar helped the villagers clean the river. “
