A billionaire named Mark Lore has released his plans for a $400 billion city of the future in the desert that he hopes will take humanity to the next level. The name of this project is called Telosa city, and as other billionaires like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos look to the stars, Mark Lore has his eyes on planet earth. But how did Telosa city become a thing?
