As kids we called it the "Ressie" and had some good times there.
It's now Eliburn reservoir in Eliburn park. A nice place to walk with or without dogs and take the kids to see the water fowl. Plenty ducks swans etc and platforms at points to get close and feed them. It's also a coarse fishery so the platforms are ideal for this.Plenty of woodland walkways too.
