You have some exciting news for people attending Coachella next year.


On Wednesday (local time), Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, better known as Coachella, the largest music festival in the U.S., announced its lineup for 2025 and BlackPink’s Jennie, Lisa as well as boy group ENHYPEN are named on the list.

Lisa is scheduled to perform on April 11 and 18, ENHYPEN on April 12 and 19, and BLACKPINK’s Jennie on April 13 and 20.

BLACKPINK first made history as the first K-pop girl group to perform at Coachella in 2019 and later as the first K-pop headliners in 2023. Now focusing on their solo careers, Lisa and Jennie will return to Coachella as solo acts.

For ENHYPEN, this will mark their debut on the Coachella stage.


We have some more exciting news from G-dragon!


G-Dragon released a teaser image of a new song, which is called "_______" on Thursday afternoon through his social media sites. The image revealed the text “2024.11.22 2PM KST” and “RELEASE,” announcing the release of a new song on Friday at 2 PM. He also released an update video on his YouTube about what he has been up to lately since his return like the releasing of his new single "Power", appearing on popular TV variety show "Yoo Quiz On The Block" and catching up with other Big Bang members Taeyang and Daesung .

Previously, G-Dragon made a sensational comeback after 88 months with the song “POWER”, which generated plenty of buzz. “POWER” continues to rank around the top of daily charts on major domestic music platforms and has also entered international music charts such as iTunes.

And for anyone waiting to see the King of K-pop live, G-Dragon is set to perform at the 2024 MAMA AWARDS in Los Angeles this Saturday at 12pm local time.


Last but certainly not least, some news for Disney lovers out there.


Yes, on Thursday evening, in a rare event, Korean superstars such as Kim Hye-Soo , Park Eun-Bin and Kim Soo-Hyun just to name a few joined the one and only Mickey Mouse at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to promote the 'Disney Presents: A Night of Stars' fan event and introduced nine Korean original series for Disney+ set to debut next year at the Disney Content Showcase APAC 2024.

The two-day event, which began on the 20th, showcased Disney's high expectations for Korean content.

Of the series scheduled for release next year, nine are Korean productions. In fact, more than half of the Asia-Pacific region's original series planned for Disney+ next year are Korean.

The nine Korean series are Trigger, Hyper Knife, Knock-Off, The Murky Stream, The Manipulated, Nine Puzzles, Low Life, Tempest, and Made in Korea.
Disney's top executives have acknowledged the strength of Korean dramas, with one even describing them as a "guiding light" due to their remarkable success.

According to Carol Choi, Head of Original Content Strategy for Disney's APAC region, "The launch of over 130 APAC region titles has received positive feedback. Notably, nine of the top 15 titles launched by Disney last year were Korean productions."
