HOW TO INCREASE BREAST MILKSUPPLY| Legendairy Milk

In this video I will be sharing with some tips on how I increased my breast milk supply. Breastfeeding can be extremely tough and extremely stressful. In the beginning I struggled a lot with my milk supply, to the point where I almost gave up on breast feeding. In a last attempt to increase my Milk supply I decided to give Legendairy Milk supplements a try. Those supplements really helped me double my milk supply. I want you to understand that breast feeding is not a one size fits all, with that being said what worked for me may or may not work for you.
