こちらは、秋だなと思うと夏に逆戻りしたりと落ち着かない天気が続いています。
しかし、日暮れは早くなったし、ツル植物の実が色づいてきたりと、毎日秋らしい小さな発見があります。
今回はアケビやノブドウなどで丸かごを作りました。花瓶を型にしたのですが、なかなか作業しやすくて良かったです。
それと、キュウリがたくさん採れたのでキュウリジャムを作りました。日本人としては意外な料理ですが、これが意外においしい！おもしろレシピの一つだと思って見てみてください。
かご編みなどの様子だけでなく、鳥の声や、風の音など、田舎の環境音もお楽しみください。

The weather here in Japan has been unsettled, with the weather turning back to summer just when we thought it was autumn.
However, the sun is setting earlier and the fruits of the vines are changing color, so we are discovering small autumnal things every day.
This time, I made round baskets with akebi and nouveau grapes. I used a vase as a mold, and it was quite easy to work with.
I also made cucumber jam because we had a lot of cucumbers. This is an unexpected dish for a Japanese, but it is surprisingly tasty! Please take a look at it as one of the interesting recipes.
