Ingredients

To Make Pista Milk
Pistachios - 1/4 Cup
Saffron
Milk
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ice Cubes

To Make Badam Milk
Soaked Badam - 1/2 Cup
Milk
Saffron
Sugar
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ice Cubes

To Make Fruit Mixture
Chopped Banana
Chopped Mango
Chopped Papaya
Chopped Pineapple
Chopped Apple
Pomegranate
Chopped Grapes
Rose Syrup
Badam Milk

To Make Rose Milk
Milk - 2 Cups
Rose Syrup
Sugar
Ice Cubes

Today we are going to see how to make summer refreshing drinks at home, In this video I explained 4 varieties of summer cool drinks which can be made easily at home which are Pista Milk, Badam Milk, Fruit mix and Rose milk. Making of these summer recipes of Cool drinks is very simple, quick and easy with limited steps and Ingredients. Making of pista cool drink and badam cool drink are almost similar which involves soaking of pista or Badam followed by making of paste and finally making of badam cool drink and pista cool drink through mixer. Preparation of fruit mixer and rose milk is similar which involves blending of fruit pieces/ rose essence with milk.

Method

To make Pista Milk:

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: NIL
Servings: 2

1. Soak pistachios and saffron in milk for 15 mins.
2. Transfer this mixture to a mixer jar and grind into a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
3. Pour milk in another mixer jar and add sugar, cardamom powder, ground pistachios paste and ice cubes.
4. Blend them all together.
5. Put some ice cubes in the serving glass and transfer the Pista milk.
6. Garnish it with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.
7. Pista Milk is ready to be served.

To make Badam Milk:

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: NIL
Servings: 2

1. Take 1 cup of warm milk in a bowl and saffron strands to it. Keep this mixture aside.
2. Peel the skin off the overnight soaked almonds and put them in a mixer jar.
3. Add milk to it and grind into a fine paste.
4. To another mixer jar, add the ground almond paste, sugar, cardamom powder, milk, saffron milk and ice cubes.
5. Blend it all together.
6. Put some ice cubes in a serving glass and transfer the badam milk.
7. Garnish it with sliced pistachios, almonds and saffron strands.

To make Fruit Mixture:

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: NIL
Servings: 2

1. To a large bowl add banana, mango, papaya, pineapple, apple, pomegranate and mash until the mixture is soft.
2. To it add grapes, rose syrup and mash lightly again.
3. Pour some badam milk in a serving glass and add the fruit mix.
4. Fruit Mixture is ready to be served.

To make Rose Milk:

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: NIL
Servings: 2

1. Take milk, rose syrup and ice-cubes in a mixer jar.
2. Blend them all well. Add more rose syrup and sugar if required and blend again.
3. Put some ice-cubes in a serving glass and transfer the rose milk.
4. Rose Milk is ready to be served.
