Who has no right in the property acquired by a Hindu man?
In the context of Hindu law, the property acquired by a Hindu man can be categorized as either self-acquired property or ancestral property.
Self-acquired property: This refers to property that a Hindu man acquires through his own efforts, such as through earning, inheritance, or gifts. It is not inherited from ancestors or family members. The person has full control over it and can dispose of it as he wishes.
Ancestral property: This is property inherited from the ancestors, which is jointly held by the male members of the family.
Now, when considering who has no right in the self-acquired property of a Hindu man:
Strangers or outsiders (those with no relationship to the man) do not have any inherent right to his self-acquired property.
A married woman or his wife does not automatically have any right to the property unless specified in the will of the husband or if the property is shared by both due to any mutual agreement or in the case of a divorce.
Children (sons or daughters) do not have an automatic claim to self-acquired property, although they may inherit it after the man's death if he does not specify otherwise.
