These are the escalators at the now closed ShowPlace ICON Theatre at The Village at San Antonio Center in Mountain View. These go from the street up to the main lobby. There wasn't enough space for just two long escalators so they end and you take another set up to the left. For some reason, both of the down escalators were turned off.
