Recipe:
Take a banana
Cut into small pieces
Keep a pan on stove top
Add 1 tbs ghee
Add banana pieces
Mix it till it turns dark yellow
Add 1/4 glass jaggery syrup
Add 3 tbs grated cocconut
Add 1 tsp cardomom powder
Mix it & turn off flame
Transfer to another boul
Take 1 glass (240 ml) wheat flour
Add 1/4 tsp salt& mx it
Take 1/4 glass water
Add little by little & mix
Add 2 tbs wheat flour & mix
Add half of this to a mixie jar
Press pulse button 3- 4 times
Transfer to a boul
Add the remaining half & again pulse
Transfer it.
Mix it with a spoon
Keep puttu vessel on a stove top
Add 2 glass water
Switch on flame
Take puttu steamer
Keep the siever inside cylinder
First add 1 tbs grated cocconut
Then add 3 tbs wheat flour mixture
Then add 2 tbs banana mixture
Level it.
Add wheat flour mixture
Add banana.Repeat the same
Add cocconut on top
close it
Keep it on puttu steamer
cook for 10 mins after the steam comes
Swutch off flame Take it out from steamer
