UPDATE (5/26/17): G'Berry is no longer on death row, is in general population, and is now fighting a life sentence.

G'Dongalay "G'Berry" Berry, along with co-defendant Christopher Davis, was convicted in the 1995 murder of 12-year-old Adriane Dickerson in an assumed drive by in a Mega Market parking lot in Nashville, TN. The convictions were later vacated after lawyers presented evidence that the key prosecution witness who claimed to have been along for the ride was in a juvenile detention center at the time. In this exclusive interview Mr. Berry speaks thoroughly and candidly about the case. Though his death sentence on a subsequent case has been overturned, Mr. Berry remains on death-row while awaiting a decision as to if he will be granted a new trial or be re-sentenced.
