Cagayan de Oro City Fiesta- Higalaay Festival 2023: Civic-Military Parade Walking Tour. Every August 27, Cagayan de oro City conducts its Civic-Military Parade along streets of Downtown CDO. Cagayan de ORo city Fiesta is mainly dedicated to the City's Patron Saint-- San Augustine. The Parade started in St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral and will end up in Kiosko Kagawasan along Don Apolinar Velez Street. There are around 160+ contingents who participated in the Civic Parade to celebrate with us the Higalaay Festival 2023!
